The park is located in central Moscow, the Pushkin Moscow River embankment and Leninsky Prospekt. Created in 1928 as «culture center» in the fresh air, the former All-Russian agricultural-industrial and handicraft exhibitions, Neskuchnyi gardens and adjacent Vorobiovy mountains.
